1.1 Engaging Gold Service Locksmiths for locksmith services implies your acknowledgment and agreement to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Ownership of Goods

2.1 Until the payment is settled in full, all items listed on the invoice issued by Gold Service Locksmiths remain the exclusive property of Gold Service Locksmiths.

2.2 The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods upon their delivery.

Payment Terms

3.1 Buyers are obligated to settle payment for goods and services in full as specified on the invoice.

3.2 Late payments may incur interest charges.

3.3 Failure to settle the invoice by the specified due date may result in additional charges, including interest and fees associated with debt collection, in addition to the outstanding invoice amount.

Quality of Goods and Services

4.1 While Gold Service Locksmiths strives to provide top-notch goods and services, we do not warrant the security or efficacy of any product or service.

4.2 Any concerns regarding the quality of goods or services must be reported to Gold Service Locksmiths within seven (7) days of delivery and installation.

Warranty

5.1 Gold Service Locksmiths offers a limited warranty on goods and services, contingent upon the products’ individual warranties.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the extent permitted by law, Gold Service Locksmiths disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6.2 The total liability of Gold Service Locksmiths for any claim related to these terms and conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the goods or services.

Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law.

Updates to Terms and Conditions
